Systems Diagnosis

I map how your company actually works today, on site. Software recommendations come last.

Duration
2–3 weeks
Engagement
Audit

What you get

  • Field interviews with the people who use the system, not only management
  • A map of the current workflow: where data is entered, re-entered and lost
  • Digital maturity assessment across speed, flexibility, competence and responsiveness
  • A prioritised intervention list: what each automation would actually be worth
  • A do-not-do list — where spending money would be wasted

Ideal for

  • Manufacturers with a good product and an invisible process
  • Companies that bought an ERP nobody fully uses
  • Teams that want to use AI but do not know where to start

Not included

  • Software development — no code is written at this stage
  • Software or hardware resale; I sell no products, so the advice stays independent
  • Staff assessment or HR consulting

Why we start with a diagnosis

My master’s thesis studied this exact question: digital transformation and agility in manufacturing. I ran a field study across five industrial zones in Turkey’s Trakya region with 45 company representatives — engineers, supervisors and managers.

What stayed with me from that work was not a conclusion but a method: ask the person who runs the process every day. The process management describes and the process that actually runs are rarely the same thing, and software serves whichever one it was built around.

How it runs

Week one — listening. I talk to the people doing the work: which screen they open and how often, what they write on paper before typing it in, which report they export to a spreadsheet and fix by hand.

Week two — mapping. I turn what you told me into a single flow diagram. The most common first reaction is: “is that really how we work?”

Week three — prioritising. For every intervention I write down three things: what it is worth, how long it takes, and what it risks breaking. We order the list together.

What you end up with

A report and a decision. The report is an honest photograph of your company as it is today. The decision is yours — and doing nothing is a legitimate outcome. I will say so if that is what I find.

If you want to continue, the next step is an integration sprint.
