1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the salimkizilay.com service provided by Salim Kızılay (sole proprietorship) ("Service Provider") at https://salimkizilay.com. Any user of the service is deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Description of Service
salimkizilay.com is a showcase site presenting the applications Salim Kızılay develops and the AI integration services provided.
No account is created, no membership is offered and no payment is taken on this site.
Products are obtained solely through the relevant app store or distribution platform.
4. User Obligations
The service may not be used for purposes that violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or threaten system security.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for having the right to use it.
5. Subscription and Payment
No sale is made, no payment is taken and no subscription is started through this site.
Products are subject to the sales, refund and subscription terms of the relevant platform (App Store, Google Play, Gumroad, GitHub and similar). The purchase takes place entirely on that platform.
Consumer rights arising after purchase (withdrawal, refund, invoicing) are exercised under the agreements of the platform where the sale occurred. For this reason no distance sales agreement, pre-information form or right-of-withdrawal text is published on this site.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, trademark, design, and content rights related to the service belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the term of the agreement.
7. Service Continuity, Suspension and Termination
The Service Provider may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions the user makes based on use of the service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Tekirdağ (Çorlu) courts and enforcement offices, and the relevant consumer protection authorities.
10. Changes
The Service Provider may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to users. The current text is published at https://salimkizilay.com.
